Ukrainan desk active from today at our office in Brescia
OS Law – Brescia started a collaboration with the prestigious Ukrainian law firm Ilyashev and Partners.
OS Law is pleased to announce the launch of a Ukraine desk in its Brescia office, in conjunction with the renowned Ukrainian legal firm Ilyashev & Partners.
Particularly, Lawyer Olga Samoilenko (qualified in Ukraine) will be operational in our Brescia office as of today. She will work in full synergy with her colleagues in Kiev to assist both Italian and Ukrainian companies with the difficult problems they now face in the complex geopolitical environment.
Our international offering is bolstered as a result, with the establishment of a privileged channel in relations between Italy and Ukraine, paying special attention to the needs, already communicated to us by our clients, relating to the management of existing relationships, the revision of contracts, and the development of new ones.
